Default 02gt underdrive pulleys with amp and subs?

I have an after market stereo system (1400 rms amp, 2 12's) would I be able to install underdrive pulleys or would it drain to much. thanks

Some have ran UD pulleys with their systems with out an issue. I would go with the Steeda set, they are made with real quality and fit nicely

I would definitely go with the steeda, I was about to order them but seen threads talking about drains do to the slowing of the alternator.

Its dicey leaving the alternator pulley and changing the rest, it still won't run at stock speed bc the crank is underdriven. I have underdrive pulleys and 14 speakers in my car including 2 10' subs and have never had a problem, even idling for a long time with the tunes blasting.

the UD pulleys alternator pulley and water pump pulley are bigger then the stock ones to compensate for under driven crank response, it shouldn't effect the alternator
