Default How to get good bass with outs big subs.

I have a 2000 mustang, w/o the 460 sound system, i am looking for some good bass, i have subs but i want something that will give a good solid bass with out turning the subs on, something close to or better than the 460 sound system, i have already installed the fallowing in my car and it doesnt have to bass i want yet (with out the subs aleast) Im thinking about 6" subs but im not sure if they will be enoug, and my space is limited from the 2 12"s

Jensen VM9511ts 7" touch screen head unit (60wattsX4)
Sony 600 watt 4 channel amp powering 2(6x8 kicker componet speakers) (rear speakers)
-Sony 1200 watt 2 channel powering 2(solobaric l5 12" kickers)
-1.5 farad capacter
Factory front seakers (factory amp bypassed)

Welcome to the site,enjoy!!!! A good 10 with the proper box and a amp to match will hit hard and not take up as much room.

Thanks for the welcome, i actually replaced my 2 10" subs and dont have to room for them anymore, my trunk is almost completely full, im looking for some speakers or maybe 6" subs that have that sharp bass you cant get with a 10 or 12" sub wile also have some tremble. The only place i have for them is the rear speaker mounts or on the floor on the back seat,(since i can bairly fit anyone back there anyways) but there isnt much room there either.
