Default Alarm going off due to heat???
Have a 2006 - problem is the alarm is going off for no reason. It started after I had a smog test done on my car in May. I took it to Ford dealer and they reset it and it worked fine. They told me at the dealership it had nothing to do with the smog testing, but it was due to the heat (i'm in vegas).

It is now going off again for no reason at all......

Why didn't the alarm go off last summer when it was hot?

Any ideas?

That does not sound right? I live in 100+ degree weather and never had that issue????
