Pull the plastic piece around the shifter up and out. Then then gently start pulling the plastic piece around the radio and climate controls away. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Its all clips but they will have a firm hold on the dash so be carefull on the thinner part of the plastic down by the defroster and traction control. Unhook the wiring from those bottom buttons and pull it all away. That will leave you with 2 screws at the bottom of the radio to remove and yank that thing out of the dash and go with an aftermarket unit.... If you have an automatic tranny, it will help to set the parking brake, turn the key and put the shifter all the way back.
