Default Help with speaker noise issue

I just installed an aftermarket head unit and everything works fine except for 1 issue. Everytime the brake pedal is depressed or released there is a click that comes through the speakers. I used a metra wire harness from Cruchfield that matched up great. It's not as noticeable when the volume isturn up. Any suggestion to fix the issue. I know that i read something like this somewhere but i have no idea where. Any help is appreciated.

Every now and then you will come across a factory ground that isn't so great. Pull the deck out and find a good metal bracket to attach the aftermarket ground to. Most of the time this will fix the problem. But if the "click" persists, have a good car audio shop go over the wiring.
