Default Clicking sound from keyless entry module, on 1994 mustang. Help?!

Hey people

I'm from denmark, Europe, but went to the states, where i bought a 1994 mustang convertible, 3.8 V6, so i could go on a roadtrip from east to west. When i bought it, and through the trip, everything worked on the car.
I decided to ship the car to Denmark. The people who shipped the car, put it in a container, but did not disconnect the battery. I guess the alarm went of on the trip, and the battery got drained.
As the car arived to denmark, the battery was dead, and as i replaced it, the speedometer and radio did not work, and as i am driving along, i get a clicking sound from the remote entry module in the drivers side of the trunk.
What could this be? Anybody had this problem before, and how do you fix it?

- Thanks, Martin - Denmark!

It sounds like a component in your wiring system shorted out. When you shipped the car do you know what kind of container it was in and if it was air conditioned or not? I've heard of people having electrical problems with cars shipped via container ships because of the unregulated temperatures and moisture content. Might want to go through and check all of your fuses to start the troubleshooting.

Default keyless entry module

i need help also, i have a 94 mustang and it keeps losing total power,as if no battery is in there at all, i can be driving down the road and it will just completely shut down, then i get a clicking noise from the remote/keyless entry box in the trunk, could that box be my problem? what all does that box control? thanks in advance for any help.

Default Clicking Sound from left rear

Being new to this, wife just bought a 95 GT Convertable this weekend, I may be way off base here. But As I browsed around, I noticed that fuel pump cutout reset button on the left rear. So I decided to tell her about it and make sure she knew where to reset the pump cutout. As she started the car, I also pointed out to her the clicking sound coming from the left rear and that you could clearly hear the fuel pump. I said if it won't start make sure you hear that clicking sound or perhaps you need to reset the cutout. That isn't the sound you all are mistakenly referring to as coming out of the keyless entry box is it? It should be a loud click for about 2 seconds before starting and a soft click depending on fuel demand after starting.
