im fixing to get an alarm system on my car and i know that viper and clifford are really good brands, how does prestige compare with them....... and are there any other brands that compare to them or better?

I have a Python alarm right now(bought with the car) I would rank Clifford first then Viper second. Both are good brands but ranking them in order is just my opinion. Friend has Clifford alarm (one of the high ends) and it works great, I might eventually convert my Python one lol.

Well, i dont know much about prestige. but heres a secret..... Clifford, Viper, Python, Hornet, avital, Valet,astroflex, astromate, and autostart, are all basically the same, they are all made by directed electronics.. Check it out at www.directed.com
