Default Factory NAV voice garbled, who makes it?

When my Factory Nav says a street name it is ussually garbled or it sounds like there is multiple voices stating the street name. An example would be, "make a left onto.. Livingston Court". The only part that would be hard to understand would be "Livingston Court".

I would like to know the Manufacturer of the unit so I can search a little easier for possible fixes for this. It is under warranty but I am sure the dealer will be clueless, and if they happen to know a little something about it, I like to know a little something also.

Thanks

I wouldn't mess going to the manuf. even if you did find them. They probably would just refer you back to the dealer.
