Default 460 speaker problems

I'm having problems with my 460 sound system. I replaced the door speakers after they blew with some JVC speakers. Everytime I replace the door speakers and start the car, the speakers continously pop. It sounds like a minigun firing continuosly. Are there a certain type of speakers that have to be used for replacing the 460's?

You may have blew your amps, bad ground or head unit. Do the speakers have the same impedance as the old?

They are JVC speakers with a maximum of 180 watts. As for the impedance I don't know cause I threw the box away. But when I had the speaker from the 460 system in, i could hear engine noise through it.
