Default Need help with speaker buzz

Just finished a whole new install in my 97 V6 Mustang vert.
Ripped out all the speakers, amps, head unit and cd player.
Replaced with Kappa speakers, Kenwood head unit and 2 amps.
All RCA's were ran on the passenger side and power on the drivers.
Shortest possible ground on the amps (4 ga power and grounds).

My wife noticed it before I did.
There is a buzz from the rear speakers when I'm at low volume.
Isolating further, I have noticed when the radio is OFF, I still get the buzz.
Have not noticed buzz from the fronts.
The radio provides the remote for the amps, so I know the amps are not on.
I think my next step is to disconnect the rear speakers and see if the buzz is still there.
I have heard alternator whine and this is not it.

Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds like the speaker wiring isn't properly insulated. What's the power rating on the speakers and the head unit?

I'm not talking about the wiring from the head to the amp, i'm talkin' about the speaker wires from the head unit to the door speakers. How many watts per channel is your head unit putting out? Do you have any cut/bare wiring around the head unit?
