Default 2002 Mach 460 stereo problem

My 460 system problem was originally with the 6 cd changer. It was eating my cd's and not ejecting them. I took the head out and removed the cd's according to instructions. I still get a cd error reading. But, when I turned the head back on I heard a pop and only my bottom door speakers and rear 6 x 9 speakers are working the tweeters or upper door and rear are not working. Sound is terrible. You can barely understand sound it is so bassy. Any idea of what might have happened. All speakers were working when I initially pulled the head out to fix the cd player.

Hiya, welcome to the site. Check the tech areas, there's been a few with that problem.
