Any Suggestions? Hooking subs and amp up to stock stereo in 01 GT?

Is it possible to hook up subs and an amp to a stock stereo in an 01 GT? If so what would this entail?

it depends do you have the mach 360 sound system? if not its going to be easier to get an after market amp to hook up subs. because the factory amp on the normal stock radios aren't strong enough to push subs

yes very possible i did it to my 04 and i have the mach stero any way you need to hook up the amp the normal way main cord to battery and ground then a remote wire to the back of the stereo (on - off) then when you get to the input part you need to go to your local car stereo place and pick up an adapter that splices into you back speakers and creates a sub out then just plug in the rca cables and then hook up the subs to the amp and your boomin
