Default S197 Door Speaker Depth

I am looking for replacement door speakers for my 2007 Mustang GT and understand that 6x8 speakers will fit. Looking at the Crutchfield site, many 6x8 speakers that fit the rear deck will not fit in the doors. The Pioneer TS-A6882R is one such speaker I have been looking at. Best I can tell it is due to depth. For those who have installed door speakers in a S197, did you have any problems with speaker depth? What speakers did you install and was the clearance tight?

kirkm - did you ever try the Pioneer TS-A6882R's in the front doors? I was looking at these for the rear deck and the front doors but am not sure if they will fit in the front doors.
