Default Ford Factory Navigation

Hey everyone. I have an 02 GT with the Mach 460. I was actually planning on putting an aftermarket Nav System like Apline or Pioneer in my car but the thing is that I have a few friends with Ford Factory Nav systems in their GT500's who are planning on parting out and going for the shaker 1000. The question I have is, will the Nav system fit in the dash, and if it does, will it work with my present stock system or will I need to redo wiring and speakers?

A few questions, Who is doing the install? It is tricky with the Mach 460 system. It can be done but sound quality is not as good as gutting it and doing a complete system. As far as Nav units go, Alpine is great and so is Kenwood. Stay away from the Pioneer you will be disappointed compared to the others.
