Default 2008 Mustang-need ideas to secure sub box

I got a carpeted sub box that fits 2-10" subs in the trunk. its annoying cuz it makes a clunk when I takes turns fast. Any ideas on how to secure it without butchering anything.

I used self tapping screws and little L brackets. Basically bolted it to the trunk.

my 87 stang did the same thing with my bass tube.if there is a place you can hook the ends of rubber straps, like motorcylces use,on each side of box.you can buy them in various lengths.mine was to the back of my seat support so it worked out.

Take the speakers out and put screws through the bottom of the box, wont be visible and harder to remove if someone wants it more than you do Make sure you know where the gas tank is first though

actually I just took some ratchet straps and put them around each side of the box. Looped them back to eachother and then secured them to the metal that is under the rear window. I dont do much hard braking so the upward slope that the trunk has up front will keep them from going too far(plus the seats are there too)...and the straps will prevent the box from going backwards any. might be a small bit of side to side action but I'll have to wait till spring to see if I can hear them moving side to side on some hard corners.

Didnt wanna make any unneccesary holes in anything. I figure this should work good enough. Sure clears up a ton of trunk space thats for sure.
