Double din 460 to replace 460 unit in 96 gt

Ok, seriously. I want to replace the radio/cd slave 460 combo for a double din unit out of an 01 and up mustang mach 460 6 disk. i know with some mods that the bezel will fit in, but will the double din head unit hook up to the same harnesses that are in my 96 gt(except the slave) and work just fine? or am i gonna need different harnesses??? please help!! don't just kill this thread!
