New CD Receiver Issues

I have a Pioneer CD receiver that I bought about two years ago that I want to install in my 94 gt, but was wondering if there would be any electrical issues in doing so. As of right now, I still have the stock cassette deck installed. I'll post the actual product number when I have a chance.

There should be no problem unless you are installing a amp with it, then the amp would need it's own power.
