Default Help with color wires behind radio

My car came with an aftermarket cd player and today I was going to hook up a speaker that was left undone when I took out the cd player and noticed 12 wires that had been cut and taped. I have a Chilton wiring diagram for the car and looked up the wiring diagram on www.veryuseful.com but there are still some wire that I can't find. In the Chilton, it shows a Radio, a Premium Sound Amplifier, and a Graphic Equalizer. Are all these a part of the factory radio system an would have been removed with an aftermarket cd player? When determining wire colors, are the predominat colors listed first? ie. A black wire with a white stripe would be Bk/W? Anyone have any idea on these wires, Brown/White , Tan(or light brown)/Yellow, Light Green/White? Any help is appreciated.

I don't know about your particular system but yes, if the wire is black and has a white stripe, it is blk/wht.
I am going to move this to the audio area, take a look at the wiring diagrams in the sticky area.
