Default 1990 stang conv style DASH speakers

Has anyone replaced there Dash speakers?

I have just recently replaced the front/backs in the car, with installing my new deck it has brought the dash speakers back to life, just looking at them im thinkin its gonne be a pain in the butt to replace

Is it hard [by that i mean do you have to take the whole dash off the car and install them]? Can you do it yourself? Is it even worth doing?
