What are some of the better subwoofers for the best buck? Anyone know any good ones they have they got pretty good price on? Maybe some of your setup information on your systems..

It all depends on what you are after. Do you just want LOUD but don't care about sound quality? If so, the Kicker Solobaric series is the one for you. You can generally get the prior year L5 and L7 series on closeout at a significant savings.

If you want LOUD that sounds decent, the RE SE line isn't bad and neither is the Alpine Type R subwoofer line. Only problem, you need to run them ported to get your full potential out of them.

Naturally, you can save money by purchasing unauthorized or off of eBay BUT you are usually SOL with regards to warranty!

I am just looking for probably just one 12 maybe. I dont want it to be hitting hard just one that would go good with the speakers b/c i dont have the shaker

Memphis Power Reference series are great little subs for the money. They don't need a lot power and will get pretty loud and sound good doing it. You can normally talk a dealer down to like $60-$80 and get the three year warranty.
