Default Amp Ground Wire?

I recently installed an aftermarket cd receiver (pioneer) in my 94 gt. I had to connect the amp power to the remote power supply to make the speakers work. When i talked to best buy, they told me that i need to connect the amp ground wire, but I don't see one to connect to. is the amp grounded somewhere else, as in not connected to the new wire harness?

I never actually wired the amp, it was already installed as part of the sound system. I connected the power to the amp through the wire harness that I bought, but was just wondering how it was grounded.

I'm a best buy installer.

If you're talking about the "Amp ground wire" in the wiring connector you purchased, (black wire with white stripe) just connect this wire to the black ground wire in the same harness.

When I was wiring it, I didn't see a black/white wire, so I didn't think anything of it, but I was just wondering how the amp was grounded. After all the wiring, there were three wires left unused: power antenna, dimmer, and dimmer ground. There wasn't any wire labeled amp ground, so I didn't know if it was grounded or not.
