Default Mach 460 - CD Error

Hey everyone....Just got a nice 2001 GT......Well I know I got one blown speaker, but my question is foucuses on the head unit. I can get am/fm clear as day. But it will not take any cd's. It tells me the tray is full, and when I hit the eject button it gives me a error message. Anyone know if there is a reset or anything like that ? Could their possibly be a cd jammend in their ? I can't see any.....but any tips would be great. Thanks!!

this has happened to me. i was told to take the negative battery terminal off for about 10 min, then reattach and try again. this did not work for me, but a day later, more like 12 hours, it was fixed. idk if it was something that taking off the terminal did, or if it was luck, but mine was like this for about a week then fixed. good luck to you!!!
