Default Amp & Alarms

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how can I install an after market amp in my 94 GT since i have a factory amp already in it. But when I hook my after market amp up the factory amp over rides it and I want to get that thump into my 10 in subs can someone please help me

What do I need to add to my factory alarm for it to be like an after market alarm, do i need to add anything to my factory alarm?

I'm not sure how your factory amp overrides it? Especially if you are just running the subs off of your aftermarket amp. I don't think your factory amp will do anything different. I believe you should have sound through your subs unless you hooked it up incorrectly.
