Default Mach 460 gone!!!

Ok, so last night I installed an Alpine iDA-X200 head unit with some some Infinity 6822cf speakers in the doors. Got everything wired up, however the only problem I get is a loud pop coming from the front right speaker. Anyone know what could cause this ?

this actually sounds like a loose connection and the popping is caused from the wire arcing to the terminal

yes it still sounds like loose wiring the volume adjusting will cause more watts to flow and causing it to arc and the vibration can also cause the wires to arc due to movement in the wires.
