There are a number of companies that make them, JL and Scosche are two that come to mind. Also try Crutchfields online as they also have a large selection of items. If all else fails try doing a search on google etc.

Here is what they built for me. Amp is behind the sub enclosure. The audio shop also made side panels to hide wiring, distribution blocks, and extra SP1000 Stinger battery. All panels use velcro for easy access. Left side panel has storage for small tools behind it.
