i have 2 12" kicker cvr's in a costom ported box with amp on the back. i have no idea how to fix it into the trunk. any other way then to justdrop it right in???

Ha, getting my one CVX into position was fun enough. You CAN take the part of the trunk liner that angle down into the trunk off, take out the back seats and try to slide it in that way. Removing the seats will expose the mach 460 amps as well. TO remove the hard cover that slopes down toward the front of the trunk alls you have to do it to pull a few od those little plastic pins with a pair of needle nose.

Well if were playing it that way, onlinecarstereo.com has convertible Mustang specific boxes that can hold solo baric 10 or 12's. Maybe soemthing you want to look into.

i had the same problem and i have the samesubs. u have to unscrew the trunk latch and then take out the spare tire from underneath the carpet so when u put in the subs they will sink into ur trunk becuase there is no tire. when u get the subs in move the box all the way the back of the seats so u can put the tire back in and then put the trunk latch on and ur good to go my friend
