So, in my most recent endeavor I decided to essentially coat my car in sound dampening mat... Thanks to Anthony at Second Skin Audio I was able to get this done a lot sooner then I originally planned. Enough with the talk.. I'll let the pictures do the talking. All in all i cant believe the difference in road noise this has made for my car. its so much more fun to drive now that the exhaust drone doesn't give me a headache. will know spl results as soon as i get it on a meter

Note: not sure which section this belongs but i put it here cause i'm using it to improve my sound system

i love second skin products. i will never use anything else. also you plan on using any overkill pro?

well atm it has a kicker l7 12" in th trunk on a 750.1 and is my basic class competition vehicle....it does a 142.8 on the dash with only 495 watts

thats not that bad, legal? what do you peak at? and how does it do on music peaking at what? also what mic?

ive used alot of deadener and it is just awesome stuff. worth it if you buy in bulk and not just single sheets

the left side is completely solid. his trunk area after two layers around the area's that generally rattle barely anything rattling. granted we have a single 18" in his trunk that i built to be a low end monster. its really worth the money.

Yea all legal and i peak at 63hz... and on music it sounds good but i dont ahve any numbers. and that on a term lab
