Unhappy Help with factory radio and CD player in 2004 Mustang

Yesterday my factory radio w/cd player began turning itself on and off. Also there is a CD in it and the readout says "no cd" when eject is pressed. Also, whenever I turn the car off and turn it back on the clock will reset itself back to 12:00. So, I figured I needed a new battery and this was just part of the problem. So I got a new batter (which I did need). However, my radio is still acting crazy. Can anyone help?

Went to the FORD dealership. The techs told me that alot of the stangs are coming in with that problem. There isn't a factory recall as of yet. They will fix it if its under warrenty. But its $245.00 to get sent out if its not. They suggested just to go and buy an aftermarket it.
