What's the best place for remote signal wire I have a PPI amp pushing 2 solobarics, lately the AMP started "surging". Whether the stereo is ON or OFF it'll turn on and off by itself, also, when i'm paying a CD the base will come on and off at random, I can see the green led light coming on and off on the amp. I have a Blaupankt MP3 CD payer and a PPI 1 farad cap as well as a JBL amp pushing 2 Quart speaks, 2 Explode speaks and 2 tweeters. I called PPI and they said that it sounds like a bad connection on the remote signal wire. I have that PPI signal wire currently hooked up to my head unit's signal wire, wich also has signal wires for a JBL 4 channel amp and the PPI capacitor attached to itl (the head unit signal wire) as well. So I guess there is not enough curent to keep all 3 devices on. Is there unother place that's good for a signal wire? Could it be something else?
The amp will work for a while and the star "kicking in and out" and the work OK for a while. Thanks.
