I know NOTHING about audio systems, I will be honest.

But something I want in my car, is to have the bass cranking when i roll down the street.

What kind of sub woofers are nice, not to expensive, and most importantly LOUD.

ok since u wanna go cheap u can go to walmart an get 2 12" sony xplods for less than 50 bucks each an as far as amps go u might wanna go to ur local sound shop an pick up an peformance technique amp for around 50-70 bucks

or u can buy a amp an woofers from an pawn shop for pretty cheap
