Question 2003 mach 1000 cd player jammed... help

My cd player keeps replying with a cd error message. It appears that there are no cd's in slot 1 or 2, however we know that there is. It does display the other cd's. The cd player won't load or eject. Is there any help for this problem?

Welcome to the site. The audio tech at FORD said that there are alot of problems with the radios. They will fix it ifs under warrenty. But its $245.00 to send it out to be fixed. Told be that its better to buy an aftermarket one.
