Default help please, speaker wire identification

I have a question on installing an amp. I think my stang came with a factory amp, because it has two different connections on the back of the radio. I cant figure out the speaker wires and what speaker they go to. Please help, ive looked in my chilton manual and the codes are not even the same colors. thanks for any help you can give.

Without knowing which stereo your car has...I would gues the 2 'connections' on your radio back (1) is speaker leads only (2) the other is just power supply for your radio.

It likely on of the plugs will have white, red, and black wires.

The other will likely have green and purple wires w/ stripes==> these wires go to your speakers....the other is the power supply.
