Does anyone who how hard it is to install aftermarket gauge? Can it be done by an amateur and if so what does it entail? I was thinking about some extra gauges like air/fuel ratio

if you can do basic wiring...say car stereo for instance...you should be up to doing gauges...a bit of cut, stripping, splicing, checking voltage, maybe some drilling in regards to mounting the gauge(s).

Yea, i got instructions on installing mine....and the first 1-9 (out of 10 steps) were just 40 min or less. Then the last one said to ground the wire (meaning to metal) and the red wire to a 12volt location. It was tough finding the location, but i eventually found it

Like those gauges! - could use some help on install of A-pillar 2-pod set; specifically how/where to tie guages into existing guage wiring so brightness is controlled by h/lite knob same as dash?
