OK, this one's a little strange.

It started when the weather first got cold here. As I would be coming down to the bottom of a hill and braking, the parking brake light would come on. Basically, when I had some g-forces towards the front of the car. It would then turn back off as the terrain levelled off and I started going forward again.

Recently, since the temps have gone from cold to colder than f@!%, it sometimes just comes on during normal driving. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this?

Try adding brake fluid. The !!BRAKE!! light will come on when your fluid is low.

Well that makes sense. For some reason I had it in my mind that it was something electrical. Thanks a bunch.
