My 1998 LX is getting some new speakers...

i have read in a post here on AFM that you are able to replace the stock speakers of the Mustang with some 1995 or up Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis speakers (they come w/ premium sound)...my question is: will i be able to buy all four speakers from the crown/grand and not have to worry about the size, will they fit? i have a guy at a salvage yard who has 5 possible cars, but needs doesnt know if they wil fit, thanks in advanced...

Moved your thread like you asked, but wouldn't that be like getting the Mach 1000 premium sound system? Why not do that then?

Mach 1000 premium sound system = cash i don't have...lol but would the speakers fit? because i can get all four speakers for around $75, and the Mach 1000 is around 250+ depending on where you look
