Default Navigation System

Does anyone have any info on installing a navi system, and if so what brand is the best choice?

I've installed several Alpine Nav. systems. But, this is the only nav system that I've done, so I really can't say what brand would be the best. To be honest I really don't see a much difference in the full nav systems versus the Garmin,Magellan or Delphi nav units, other than the installed systems have a professional appearance.

Hey man, I just bought the Garmin 2610, all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought it off of E-bay for $730 including shipping and handling. It's really easy to use and extremely accurate. If you want PM me and I'll get you the name of the company tht I bought it from.
Heck, I usually carry it with me to direct me to the neighborhood grocery store.

i have the Pioneer Avic N1. It's got the GPS navigation but also is a touch screen DVD/Mp3/CD player. Another cool thing is that it has accelerometers built right into it so u can measure g forces under acceleration and cornering.

I would definately recommend this model.

I like the Pioneer AVIC-Z1 but it's Pricy so I went with the AVIC-D2
