MACH 460 CD player

MY Mach460 cd player died in my 97 GT. I bought a replacement out of another Mustang but does it need to be from another MACH460? It looks exactly the same. Thanks.

P.S. anyone know a autoparts store that sells the din tools to remove components?

Just cut a couple pieces of wire clothes hanger and use that for the 'din tool.' You might need to wiggle them a bit, but they work fine.

I'm unsure of your compatibility question, but if they appear the same and the connectors are the same, a good guess would be yes.
