Hello all
I just bought a new 04 stang. and found that my subbox doesnt fit. any ideas on a subbox design that will fit and leave me the most room. pics would be great. The subs i have are 2 12" bazooka rsw1224dvc subs. and two el1500 500w amps. thanks in advance
blkwidow, i custom made my own box in my 97 gt...there is a pic of it in my gallery...check it out...i've built several for other people too...let me know if you are interested..i'll give u a price

I only need 1 cf per sub. per bazooka's specs on their web site. so it shouldnt take upthat much room. i just need some ideas and overall shape to give me the most useable room.

if you want to go smaller, you can stuff your subbox with fill and maybe get down to like .75cf per speaker. The way i made mine was in a .75 box from qlogic and it sets on the left side of the trunk. satallite radio reciever attached to the side of the box. I mounted my amp to the back of the back seats. so feasably, you could mount the amps to the backs of the seat, and i would just build a box to fit up underneath the speaker assemblies of the back deck. That would definitely fit all in there.
