Its my first Mustang and ive only had it a month so im still getting familiar with it but what do i need to do to replace it? Do i have to go to Ford and order a new set through them or can i just replace it with a speaker of some kind and if so what would you suggest i replace it with?

Buy a good used Mach 460 speaker(s) on Ebay. I wouldn't buy any aftermarkets to replace the factory speakers unless you're going to pull everything out. I know from experience there apparently is an impedance problem when you install 4 ohm aftermarkets that will cause the amps to overheat. I have three different sets of amps that have all overheated. You might try a set of 8 ohm aftermarkets if you're brave and can find them, but I havent had any luck finding a set.
