yes the 94-98 mach 460 stereos are all the same and will bolt right in. im not sure, but i think you may already have all the harnesses installed in yoiur car from the factory. Ford installs all wiring into every car.like the power window wiring on a non power window car and fog light wiring on a non fog equipped car, even the conv. top wiring. but i dont know about something as complex as the mach 460 wiring, i don't know if its all in there or not. but to answer your question, YES, it will fit.
