Hey everyone, how many people like the location of the stock radio in the 87 to 93 stangs?
I couldn't stand how low it was and the shift gets in the way cd's.
I swaped the radio location with the climate controls. I used a standard headunit install kit and some metal L brackets with alittle trimming to the climatecontrol to locate it to the radios original location. Then i made some brackets to mount the radio in the climate controls original location and modified the bezel cover of from the climate control so the radioface could go up and down with no problems. Everything works great, but later i'm going to use some fiberglass to make it look better, as if the car came like that.

Thanks for the welcome stancrazy94. Right now i'm designing fiberglass sub enclosurs and amp rack, when it's finished i'll post pics. I'm doing this while i save for a 347.
