I have a 94 with the Mach 460. The stock unit is out and in place of it is a Sony Explode. I've had this unit in my car for a couple years now with no problems. Last winter I changed my upper intake, injectors, steeda radiator, and added a tweecer. After adding all of this I started noticing a static sound in my stereo when the car is running. I have tried running a new ground and even switching back to the old stereo and with no luck. I am also noticing that my stations are fading in and out. Any suggestions??

I never thought about the wires. I put those on last year and being that they arent that old it didnt occur to me. I thought maybe my igntion coil. It is original and as 120k on it. Is there any way to test electrical components for interference?
