Default Keyless entry, remote start, alarm Install

I have a 2002 V6, auto. I recently bought a Phoenix Digital PD-175 2-way paging alarm with remote engine start. I have taken to a few installers and they are going to charge an arm and a leg. They also tell me that it is almost impossible to install this product, with out bypassing or removing the factory equipment, because. I figured this much when I bought the thing, but I figured a bypass would be simple to do if they knew where all the components where located. I figure I could do it if I had the electrical schamatics and intructions. So my question to every is, has anyone every put in an aftermarket keyless entry or remote start. Or is there anyway I can find 2002 V6 electrical schamatics.
Thanks for all the help.

I actually did this in an 88 GT, obviously quite a bit different install, but I will tell you that it was a pain, because usually the install guide has very strange names for things. You will need relays probably unless the system has internal relays throughout, and you will have to pretty much rip you car apart to do it also. If you're not willing to do this, or dont know your cars wiring well, I would not try it. Youll be left with a huge jumbled mess of wires and end up taking it to a place to do it anyway. If you are good with wiring though and you can find some good wiring diagrams go for it. Good Luck either way.
