Question 96, very odd power window and lock problem

Just the other day my windows and door locks decided to quit working. But the wierd thing is when I opened the passenger side door they began to work again. everytime that I opened the doors (either) they would work but when I closed them they stopped working. I thought that it might be a fuse going bad, but to my surprize it is not the problem. I took the whole panel off of my interior side of the door and do not see any cut or messed up wires. Even more messed up is that the passenger side power door lock works but the drivers side does not. In fact nothing on the driver side power mechansims work. cannot figure it out. Anybody have or has had this problem?

do you have keyless entry? sometimes the module that controls the keyless entry system can cause malfunctions like this. If its nothing like that, maybe check the relays for the door circuits.
