Hello Folks!,

I'm currently restoring a 1989 Mustang GT, and have recently come across a stock Ford Stereo, with a graphic equalizer, I believe it was part of Fords premium sound system, I have the amp that came with it, however, it looks as if the wiring harness may have been wired wrong, when ever i connect the stereo and equalizer, my instrument panel lights blow out, if anyone has a wiring diagram, or color codes for the premium system with graphic equalizer, I would greatly apprreciate it.

If you really need help with this then you can always go to the Local Ford dealership and buy a service manual, either buy the book or CD. Or look around on the internet for another brand of service manual or CD. I myself prefer buying my service manual from the dealerships because they are much more indepth than brands like Chilton's.
