Default Focus...Focus...Focus 6cd won't eject

My daughters 03 Focus has factory 6cd changer and it won't eject or play cd's. We took the radio out of dash and got the top cd out, but it still won't eject or play other cd's. I have the top off the radio, but can't tell what's going on as it only cycles once and then you have to remove the fuse to get it to attempt again. The discs are on the bottom, below the player arm.
three stangs, and one on the way (05GT)

What do you mean by below the player arm? The read head? Can you take a pic with the cover off?

I guess the player arm was a "made up" term as I haven't the faintest idea how is works. It could be the mechanical arm that moves cd into position. I can't take a pic at this time

Got the cd's out by manually turning little gears on the side in the back, and I reloaded 3 cd's and played them and ejected etc. Everything working now for time being. One of the little black circular cd holders was crooked, caused by cd I think. Anyhow now it's straight

Non factory CD's....or any CD with a label added does not eject or play well in a multiple CD player.

I've had two family members lose players to these CDs' that get jammed in the machine; clearance issues.
