How to install a deck, 89 Stang...?

A friend and I were taking a look at my stang yesterday and cannot figure out how to install my new deck.its an automatic 5.0. how do we get to the stock radio? the center console was a pain and thats when we stopped. Is there a guide somewhere that I can buy/download? thanks for anyhelp.

If I am right there should be 2 small holes on each side of the factory deck. One on each side top and bottom. You can buy a tool to remove it or just bend a coat hanger so you have 2 pieces shaped like a " U " Slide both if them in the holes. You should here a little click. Jiggle it and the deck should be lose and you should be able to slide it out using your U hooks that you made or bought.
