No cruise, no horn, no rear defrost

Hi,

I have a mustang 94 3.8L. Recently I lost my cruise control, my horn and my rear defrost. I checked all the fuses but didn't find any problem.

I didn't check the clockspring yet, should i ?

I have a Haynes manual but the diagram don't show any relation between each components. Why my rear defrost also went off ? May not be related but only coincidence.

How do I test the clock spring ?

I have an ABS error code 44 displayed. Could that cause the ABS system to cut the voltage to the horn and cruise control ?

Any help please.

heck the fuses under the hood by the battery (if yours has them)

I checked all the fuses in the box near the battery. I didn't check the relays. Is there any other fuse I missed in the hood. I have the feeling that there is some kind of inline fuses somewhere but can't see any. Is there any under the battery ?
