Shaker 500 Question.. Not Skipping

What makes up the Shaker 500... are there Amps anywhere ir is it all powered off the head unit?

What are the Speaker Size and Locations.

Here's the info I've gathered:

The doors have a 4" midrange and 1" tweeter in the upper area and an 8" subwoofer in a sealed enclosure in the lower area. There are two amplifiers in the driver's side kick panel. These amps power the 8" subwoofers in each door. There are 5x7 speakers in the rear deck. The front mid/tweeter and rear 5x7 speakers are powered by the head unit.

I have heard that the front mid/tweet and rear 5x7 speaker leads utilize a 150Hz high pass filter, and the subs are using a low pass (dont know freq).
