Default Alarm Problems...

I installed an alarm not to long ago and I am having some troubel with the flashing lights... Or my car just doesnt want to flash. When i hooked it up to the lights and armed it the lights flashed then the fuse for the lights blew and and i cant get it to work. I cant even use my hazards now or else it blows.

Thanks

sounds like you got some wires crossed some where. I would back check what you installed and see if there is a crossed wire.

Have your parking lights been working when you installed the alarm and this problem just occured, or have have they not worked ever since you installed it?

If you installed it, and then the parking lights stopped working/kept blowing fuses you probably got the wrong polarity set from the alarm. If you have an 05/06 and you grabbed the dark green wire in the passenger kick (I think its dark green, or green something) then thats the negative (-) parking lights.
